Coaching Staff

Varsity Head Coach: Kaitlin Doucette
Kaitlin is returning as the head coach. Kaitlin has been instrumental in growing lacrosse in San Diego, especially at the youth level through the CYL league. Kaitlin is originally from Washington D.C., and was a 5 year member of the NCAA D-1 University of Virginia women’s team.

Varsity Assistant Coach: Kelly Connors

Kelly was born right outside Philadelphia in Radnor, PA. She played at Vanderbilt University alongside her twin sister. Upon graduation, she moved west to San Diego. Kelly is entering her 4th year of coaching at the Varsity level, after 3 years of coaching the JV team. She also coaches club lax in the off season.
